I think i am the luckiest girl in the world right now..
everything around me is so wonderful, so cheerful, so lovable..
I love Jenna the german shepherd that makes me love statistics lecture
I love calculus paper that satisfies me when i get the correct answer
I love the teaching style of chemistry lecturer
I love the time i spent on cooking everyday
I love to eat the meals i cooked myself
I love yy for bringing me the ba zhang
I love my timetable that only have 5 hours lab now
I love to cook the dishes my dad loves to cook and
I love making myself feel like home by cooking..
Guess the reason I feel so contented and so happy and so blissful is because of the potato chicken that i juz cooked and ate.. itz not as good as my dad's, but it makes me feel like home.. and the tomato egg.. these two are the dishes that i love the most, and i can cook the tomato egg exactly like his now.. =) i will learn to make that potato chicken betta.. =)
am gonna go n cut fruits and keep it and eat it after i shower.. this is what my dad used to do, but i m gonna cut it myself here, put into fridge, and eat it later.. pretend that i m still the lil princess at home, ready cut fruits awaiting me in the fridge.. =)
miss home.. n i never noe a dish can make me appreciate my life so much..
bcorz, home is 4eva sweet.. =)
when i go home it wil b my turn to cook and prove to him that his lil girl has grown up.. =)

i know how to cook potato chicken too!! but tastes very differently from what it's supposed to taste...huhu..

PUT we got another similarity i love my own cooking too! :D no matter how bad it looks or how tasteless it actually is, it's delicious yum! hehe cabbages taste sweeter when you fry it yourself eh?
before i came my dad also taught me tomato omelette (same again!) and fried rice. what does potato chicken look like? I make potato and pork though, wonder if it's the same liao or not... Yea and it feels really satisfactying when the food you cook start tasting like the one the shi1 fu4 taught, my "or bak" is starting to look and taste like the one's my ama makes :] yay!
hehe we should trade recipes one day :P

potato chicken ar, lol.. juz tumis the garlic, the throw the potato (cubes) in, then a while more throw the chicken in, add some soya sauce.. then turn 2 low heat, and cover,until the potatoes r soft.. then ok d.. my dad said itz not gonna taste nice without ginger.. so u may add ginger.. am not gonna add ginger, HATE it..

oops 4got, add some water too before u cover.. mayb ur pork is d same, juz itz pork instead of chicken..
anyway, how ur fried rice? i cant cook eh, corz my rice is alwiz too watery.. :S
when cooking rice don't put so much water loh, then won't be too watery i guess. My fried rice, just fry onions first, then add some salt, add whatever vege/meat, til it's partly cooked, add in the rice, fry for a while, then make a hole in the middle and crack an egg in it, when egg is half done mix everything together and fry til dry. Add some salt water also towards the end and fry til dry. (til rice pops :))
mm my pork and potatoes sound quite similar :]
or bak, just marinate with some or tau ew, soya sauce, sugar, salt, then fry. hee i brought a bottle of or tau ew to japan :P can always to the same with chicken
hahaha couldn't agree more!!! i love my cooking too no matter how simple/tasteless/overly flavoured it is! :P
